Exchange Policy

We offer exchange requests within seven (7) days under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging;
• Buyers are responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to the return and re-shipping fees, insurance, and any applicable customs or duties;
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method;
• Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the item and must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in original condition, unworn, and with complete packaging and no signs of use;
• Buyers are responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to outbound and return shipping, insurance, and any applicable customs or duties;
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method;
• A 10% operational handling fee based on the original product price will be deducted from the refund;
• Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
