Exchange Policy
We offer exchange requests within seven (7) days under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging;
- Buyers are responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to the return and re-shipping fees, insurance, and any applicable customs or duties;
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method;
- Each purchase(*) is eligible for one-time exchange only. Multiple or repeated exchanges for the same order are not permitted.
(*) Each individual item within a purchase is also limited to one exchange only. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. - Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Return Policy
Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the item and must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in original condition, unworn, and with complete packaging and no signs of use;
- For exchanges, if the replacement item is of lower value than the original purchase, the price difference may not exceed 10%;
- Buyers are responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to outbound and return shipping, insurance, and any applicable customs or duties;
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method;
- Each refund piece is subject to a fixed operational handling fee of $75;
- Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
